What counts as one result?+
One credit equals one fully verified candidate result — submitted from the console or via the API. Re-runs on the same file within 30 days are free.
Can I move between plans?+
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the unused balance carries forward pro-rata. Downgrade applies on the next billing date.
Where is the data held?+
Eligible regions are EU (Frankfurt) and US (Virginia). Enterprise contracts may elect alternative regions and bring-your-own-key encryption.
Is there an SLA?+
Growth includes priority response within four business hours. Enterprise contracts include a written 99.9% uptime SLA and a named ResumeGuard contact.
