ResumeGuard provides an AI-powered resume verification service that analyses resume documents to identify potential inaccuracies, fabrications, or inconsistencies. The Service uses machine learning, web search, and AI agents to generate verification reports.
IMPORTANT — ResumeGuard provides informational analysis only. Our reports are not legal advice, professional background checks, or employment screening reports regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Do not use this Service as a standalone basis for employment decisions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Organizations are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including activity by invited members.

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. One (1) credit is consumed for each verification, re-verification, or deep analysis.
Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to upload and process the resume documents you submit.
The Service, including its design, software, and AI models, is owned by ResumeGuard and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. ResumeGuard does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that results will be 100% accurate. AI-generated verification reports may contain inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. ResumeGuard reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
