Data retention and resume files

Resume files and extracted data are retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, document data is deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share resume data with third parties except as necessary to provide the verification service (e.g., public web search for employment verification).

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. All data is stored on AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
